The vibe is relaxed and it feels like there is a good amount of space so nowhere feels too crowded. We were there just as a couple but there were lots of families and children there but not to the point where it was disruptive if you’re just trying to have a relaxing time. "Great stay"

"We (a family of 3 generations) chose the hotel specifically for its proximity to the Heraklion airport. The hotel was immaculate, the staff helpful and the rooms were also immaculate and provided all the necessities for an overnight stay. Yes, we did hear the planes going overhead - but that was expected. And the heavy drapes mitigated the noise considerably. The beds were so comfortable that none of us had any trouble sleeping. Our plane left too early to enjoy the wonderful-sounding breakfast (we had to leave at 4am!) but I am told by other guests we were missing a treat :("

"One of the best all-inclusive resorts I've visited, and I've been to four now. We travelled with a 16, 13, and 10-year-old. Each night, there was a different themed food, but still the same options available if the kids didn't want to try anything new. There are four different pools and food bars around the resort. Entertainment is available throughout the day if you want to change things up. The Star Beach isn't the best, but it offers several water sports you can pay for. The beach a short walk left or right of Star Beach is far nicer."
