"The shuttle driver was horrible. The was good. The staff need more customer service training. They dont make you feel welcome during the stay there."

"Convenient for airport but ensure you book shuttle in advance and follow instructions. Restaurant good but breakfasts average. Value for money is good. Good size room and comfortable bed. Note also train station to Venezia only 200 metres away "

"No bed bugs as other people warned. However, the lockers are out of order and there’s no storage facilities when checking out, which is extremely inconvenient when you have to walk 10 minutes to Mestre station with heavy luggages to deposit. The station luggage facilities charge €6 for the first 4 hours (per item) and €1 of each hour afterwards. I’d not stay here again."

"Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh fruit, cereal, meats and cheeses as well as a hot selection of bacon, eggs and mini sausages. The waiting staff are lovely and happy to accommodate and hot drink requests. There is a rooftop terrace which is nice to relax in after a day of walking and this overlooks the lagoon too. All in all a great hotel that comes recommended. "
