「I have stayed here many times. I have family living in Findlay and in Tiffin. This is a great location that allows me minimal driving to visit family in both cities. EVERY time I have stayed here it has been very clean, quiet and the staff are super friendly. The beds are comfortable with comforters that actually have weight and comfort to them unlike some of the higher end hotels. The lobby area has great seating and lighting for playing games. I LOVE staying here. Oh...and did I mention...

「I travel to Findlay twice a month and always stay at the Hancock Hotel. The price is fair, the rooms are clean, and the staff is excellent! While parking is limited (you have to valet your vehicle), the proximity to restaurants and entertainment is worth it.」

「Check in was a nightmare. Staff was slow but courteous. Spoke with heavy accents and had minimal communication skills. Room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. No help figuring out how to get anywhere or even get a cup of coffee - no signs, just had to walk around and find stuff in your own.」
