Extremely noisy location. Ill fitted worn sheets they kept coming off the bed and the bed made noise when you moved. Bathroom was less than inviting.. Very disappointing...for the money.

Wasn’t allowed to check in to the room I’d already paid for in full as a Hilton Honors member because the Night Auditor assumed my lovely older female cousin was a prostitute!!!!!! He asked us to leave and advised he was calling the police. I’ve spoken with Hilton Corporate. That man is losing his job.

Nice option in Findlay

Nice rooms with good attention to details (extra outlets, flexible lighting, etc.). Only issue was facing the highway which was pretty noisy.

Clogged drain

Bedding was excellent. Had a good night's sleep. Only reason for Average rating is the shower drain was clogging. Nothing worse than standing in soapy water while showering It happens bur I would definitely stay there again.

Everyone I talked to was very nice. The room seemed clean. I woke up in the morning and noticed a brown stain on the blanket I’m pretty sure it was fecal matter. The bed was extremely squeaky. The air conditioner/heater was very loud. If it wasn’t for those things it would have been decent.

Ok hotel needs some upgrades

Ok hotel.. good location just off highway. Hotel was loud in the room from the room above. Could hear them showering, walking. Pillows were not comfortable. Staff was really nice and hotel was very clean. Our sink was cracked, facets in sink and shower were difficult to use

Noisy from the highway

Felt strongly that the hotel changes the setting of the air conditioner in the rooms to get hotter while we are sleeping. The thermostat in the room was clearly not accurate. It also should have been a first clue that the highway beside the hotel was an issue, as the welcome gift in our room included 2 sets of ear plugs. I have never had a hotel room be quite so loud before. Other than the noise and the temp being irregular, the hotel was perfectly nice. Comfortable, clean and the breakfast with the waffle makers :)

The pillows are awful! They don't keep their shape or support the head & neck properly. I kept having to add another one. UGH! I went there for extra rest. I heard people talking, noise from the pool, pipes would suddenly roar occasionally, various sounds I couldn't explain unless it came from the heater. Everything else was great! Breakfast excellent, room large enough for my wheelchair, all was in good condition/repair. Staff was great, but would not book again because of noise & pillows.
