"Newer hotel that was reasonably priced. Parking was really bad, which was the only main issue, not well thought out and way too many trucks parked in small car stalls. That should be managed better. Overall decent place."

"Every stay has been 5star. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms, pool area and hotel were very clean . The beds and rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast variety and quality was excellent. The waterslide and pool was enjoyed by the grandchildren. My absolute favourite in Courtenay! Highly recommend this hotel!"
