"Hotel Rialto is a hidden gems. It’s a cute boutique hotel in downtown Vancouver. It was my first time staying here and I will surely return. The front desk staff was great and securely kept my bag before my room was ready and after I checked out. I received a complimentary upgrade which was nice. I had originally booked another downtown hotel, but this one was better priced and more centrally located. There is no gym but my understanding is they can give you a pass for a nearby gym. No pool or hot tub, but again I wasn’t expecting this experience from boutique hotel. I also didn’t have a car, I flew in via harbour air and it’s a less than 10 minute walk. Everything else was easy to get to by walking or bus. It’s right on the main bus route. 100% will be staying here again."

"From the minute we walked in we were taken care of. All the staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant from the front desk, the lounge, the restaurant and grounds keepers. The service was great and the views are incredible. No bad days here. Lots of walking paths, very dog friendly and rooms have balconies. When travelling here please conserve water. Although each suite comes with a large bath tub and a nice rain shower please remember we live on an Island with limited water resources."

"Absolutely amazing hotel! From welcoming and friendly staff to views and room cleanliness. The harbour views are unbeatable. It might be noisy at times, but if the windows are closed, you can hear a thing! So, no sleep disruptions. Worth every penny. "
