It's alright with a good TV and in a well situated area. Kitchen could be better stocked with cookware and utensils. Rooms are quite small, but kitchenette, despite needing more cookware is very nice to have ,and saves money on eating out. No ice tray, med frying pan
Bathroom is clean, but small, and most have no tub (well functioning, but small single sized shower stall). Parking is NOT included and quite expensive, about $15-$20 a day, so factor that into the price if you need it. The hotel is clean it's safe, the bed is ok, and TV is big 55" I think, and it comes out a couple of feet (expands and contracts on the wall mount) makes for good movie watching in bed. However maybe the biggest peeve was the slow WiFi. I'm an IT person and tested the speeds.. speeds are meh, but latency was awful. Streaming to TV using their Wi-Fi (ubcvisitor) wasn't doable.. too much lag. We hotspoted a phone and made our own network to support our Chromecast.
To be fair it appeared there was a hard line access point in the room and if a long network cable were made available it could be used to gain a hardline connection. (I didn't have such a cable, and one was not provided in the room by default, and I did not request one, as I had better things to do. 😎
My partner and I screwed like rabbits for 4 days, and made tons of noise, and no complaints or interruptions. It seems the rooms are fairly soundproof. Hall noise can be heard, but it appears your neighbors can't hear your love.
