This property was clearly labeled as VIP Access on Expedia. At check-in, the hotel staff stated that they are not a VIP Access property and that no such benefits exist. The hotel is nice. The room is clean. The staff is nice. It is in a very convenient location. It is close to bus terminal, subway. It is close to shopping streets and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance.

Spaces are tight, but has everything. Love having a kitchen! The closest subway station is 10 min walk and It's roughly 15 min walk to Namba station.
