Be extremely careful in the walkin showers in the rooms. There is no anti-slip product on the shower floors. I suffered a severe fall in the shower when I went to close the door and it was stuck. Lost my footing as the shower was wet. Injured my hand, back and neck. Staff did not write an incident ...

The cleaning stuff in this hotel was absolutely amazing. Not sure who the lady was that was working on the fifth floor during my stay, but she should be commended. Everything was spotless. If you could pass that on to her employer, that would be great.

Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
A spacious room (king bed) well renovated and kept forna older property. The desk staff were great and extremely helpful in my interactions. Pool and hot tub areas need revitalization, they are dated.
