"The resort is old and worn out and could use a complete makeover. The potential is there. The pool area was nice just worn. The air conditioning was not turned on yet when we were there at the end of April even though it was 25 c in the room. The signage was poor to get around. "

"There was an electric power outage more than 3 hours the night I stayed. I called the front desk, she was a bit mean to answer my inquiry. I suggest if there is a situation like power outage, they must provide emergency lights to every room or could help us to open the windows. Hotel must prepared of this kind of unexpected happenings."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Wonderful room amenities. Was like a little vacation for one night. Very clean and well appointed. Loved the giant soaker tub. In room dining for breakfast was quick, hot and food was excellent. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Overall decent place to stay in Vancouver. However there was a marathon on Sunday which we were not told about. The roads were closed and if not for some luck in locating a stray taxi, I would have missed my flight. Getting an Uber was impossible. Not acceptable! People should know. I wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew. Customers beware!"
