"I don't know for sure but charges to my Visa account were different than doc's so I sent an email requesting adjustments. Visa was corrected after a few days which was great but if I did not bring that problem to their attention would the charges have remained unchanged!! Everything else was very good to excellent."

"The property was clean and well maintained but the morning tea and coffee in the lobby was there for a very limited time. We had the room with two queen beds facing the back of the property, the beds were very comfortable but we only had views other buildings or hotels that were very close. The hotel is well located close to Chinatown Stadium station so gives you access to the metro."

"Good location - in the village. Nice view from balcony. Enjoyed small heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Property is dated. Slow elevators. Matress could use an upgrade; too much motion from each little movement. Coffee maker didn’t work. Rooms are not serviced unless you request it. Parking was extra $25-30/night."
