「**Disappointing anniversary stay** We booked Lanelay Hall over three months in advance for a special anniversary and were looking forward to the luxury boutique experience advertised. We had hoped that booking so far ahead would allow us to be allocated one of the more desirable rooms. Unfortunately, we were allocated Clock Tower 1, an accessible Deluxe Room. Amazing facilities, lounge, DVDs, books, coffee machine etc. Great parking and charging for EVs. Good selection for breakfast and delicious home made bread and jams. I’d recommend the Old Manor House and we will be back.」
