「The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. This was poor and they should have had more drivers, I wouldn't go again at Easter they are not staffed for it. Additionally I had booked a restaurant reservation at Spikes, I had...

「The staff were so wonderful and helpful. Rooms were spacious and the balcony was beautiful. All the amenities were great addition as well! Not a bad walk into old town.」

「The outdoor pool area was nice and the location was good. The housekeeping ladies were also very friendly and attentive. However, there were a few disappointing points. The spa closes at 7pm, which feels quite early. The room we received wasn’t great, and although the apartment had a kitchen, it wasn’t very well equipped. I also found the reception staff less welcoming than expected, and the luggage room didn’t feel very secure. Overall, an okay stay but there’s definitely room for improvement.」
