「Access to and from the hotel was a little tricky during busy traffic periods but if you could sneak in and out during off hours it wasn't too bad.」

「Clean Room & quiet. Hard to get to during rush hour due to traffic patterns and people going to or from work. But staff is really trying hard to keep it a nice place to stay. 」

「I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.」

「The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service.」

「Staff was stellar, general vibe and ambiance were very fun. They had events and a bar too (which of course comes with some noise)! Standard motel style place, but my room was freshly renovated so it looked really nice and fresh inside. 」
