「À notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un problème qui n’a malheureusement pas pu être résolu par le premier jeune homme de l’accueil. Lunette mince de type européen Sa réaction s’est limitée à un simple « désolé », sans chercher de solution, ce qui nous a laissés un peu démunis. Heureusement, nous avons ensuite pu expliquer la situation à Olivia, qui a pris les choses en main immédiatement et a su régler le souci avec efficacité. Grâce à elle, nous avons finalement passé un excellent séjour....

Unbeatable location, with bus stops 100 meters away, two of Paris' best bakeries nearby, lovely cafes along Canal Saint Martin, and more importantly, Gare du Nord and Gard de l'Est within easy walking distance. Also, unbeatable price. The room has everything we need for a comfortable stay, though I wish the shower curtain could have been a bit longer. The staff are very hospitable and gracious. 「Great hotel with cooking facility, very useful if your little one is very picky and/or you want to cook your own meal. They also have a good sized pool in the basement for kids to play or adult to relax, after having spent one day out exploring Paris. Walking distance to the waterpark. 」

「it is nice environment with quite big room space and kitchen. a bit far away from the metro station. unfortunately, when we check in and get the key, we found that the room hasn't CLEAN UP!! the bedroom is in a mess! so, we complained to the staff. they fixed the problem when we returned at night. secondly, the room has no air conditioner. in summer, it's very hot, about 32-34C and difficult to sleep. generally, the appartment has good equipments like fridge, shower room.」
