Very nice and convenient, great location

On the plus side, the folding bed is much better than a sofa bed. On the negatives. The apartment rooms may be smaller than advertised. We were provided dusty fans.

Établissement sale et en mauvais état. Le personnel est sympa, mais complètement dépassé par l’état de désuétude avancé des lieux. Air climatisé ne fonctionne pas.

Dishonest hotel with dishonest check-out staff. A €15 late check-out charge was fraudulently applied to my credit card without permission Sunday 16/08/26 1pm. A bad-tempered woman on the check-out desk assured us there would be no charge but of course as soon she got us out of the door, she then did apply the charge as retribution for challenging her poor conduct. Beware, this hotel is not trustworthy, even if you spend €1000 with them they will happily cheat you.

We were very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Excellent, polite, friendly staff. Room was lovely clean, great aircon,spacious and very quiet. Breakfast was nice for what we needed. Check out was 11am -we were able to leave our luggage in secure room so didn’t have to lug them around on our final day. Would def stay here again if staying in Paris.
