「This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone...

From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive.
