Décevant !

Le logement était très sale,la literie une horreur. Le canapé bz réparer avec de la ferraille qu’on met dans les dalles de béton ! Une fois la réservation avec annulation impossible on nous envoi un mail pour nous dire que l’accès à la piscine est de 25e par personne !
Bz réparer avec de la ferraille de chantier !
Derrière la plaque de cuisson! Et j’ai pas pris en photos le reste !

Très surpris par les horaires de la réception..nous sommes arrivés, il est vrai un peu tôt ( 9h30) en espérant pouvoir disposer de notre logement vers 10h ou 11h vu qu il neigeait abondamment et que nous ne pourrions pas skier. en fait non. Nous sommes revenus vers 14h.. réception ferme. Le lendemain pour essayer de profiter des pistes nous arrivons à la réception pour le Check out vers 8h45 personne. Réception fermée. Le barman nous dit qu il faut attendre.. a 9h15 je perd patience et laisse les clés sur le bar.. même pas une boîte au lettre pour laissé les clés bref le service de la réception est Nul ! Pour le reste chalet sympas parking gratuit mais loin de tout.

Esperienza da non ripetere

Siamo arrivati alle 16.30, ci consegnano le casette, entrambe gelide, attendiamo il tecnico, che riesce a fare partire il riscaldamento di una casetta, ma l'altra nulla.. rotto. Ora voglio dire se prepari delle casette per gli ospiti non ti assicuri che tutto sia funzionante. Beh dopo due ore di gelo, trovano una casetta pronta. Oltretutto con le macchine non c'è possibilità di arrivare alle casette nemmeno per scaricare i bagagli, quindi uno deve fare scalini e strada in salita in mezzo alla neve con i borsoni addosso. Il giorno dopo, visto che alle 18.30 la reception chiude senza chiedere se poteva servirci qualcosa, torno in reception, mi lamento educatamente con la signorina che fa il check in, chiedendole si voler parlare con la direttrice, ma mi dice che è assente, le dico di farsi portavoce che sarebbe quantomeno stato carino ed educato verso dei clienti offrire una colazione o qualcosa per il disagio in cui ci siamo trovati. Evidentemente da una parte ha ascoltato e dall'altra parte le è uscito. La mattina della partenza consegno le chiavi, vestiti con la macchina già carica e mi dice:se vuole prendere un caffè.." la guardo e le dico ma sta scherzando,avete avuto tre giorni per offrire qualcosa pwr il disagio, direi che forse poteva evitare una uscita. Esco salutando e promettendo che avrei prima o poi parlato con la direttrice.. cmq oltre a questi disguidi, il villaggio per l'inverno e per chi scia è scomodo lontano da tutto, in paese non c'è nulla tranne un tabaccai

Bien accueillis à notre arrivée, serviettes, essuie tout, savon, tout ce qu'il faut pour démarrer ! Chalet cosy et confortable, cloches des vaches et torrent pour être dans l'ambiance. A noter que le restaurant n'est pas ouvert toute l'année.

La struttura e in una posizione comoda per girare i posti magnifici che curvando il villaggio! Lo chalet molto carino ma da rivedere la pulizia… abbiamo trovato parecchie cose non nostre all interno! C e la vista montagna.. ed è stato molto apprezzato il pezzetto che avevamo fuori per fare il barbecue con anche delle sdraio a disposizione! Lo consiglio!

Posizione molto bella con grandi potenzialità, ma carente a livello organizzativo. Ristorante improvvisato carente sia sul servizio che sul menù e con un pizzaiolo senza grembiule che impreca contro i camerieri Con una buona gestione e il personale giusto potrebbe diventare un posto meraviglioso.

Abbiamo riservato un accogliente chalet in legno che si trovava ai confini della proprietà, in un angolo estremamente tranquillo e adeguatamente separato dalle altre abitazioni. Fantastica la possibilità di aprire una sdraio nel portico o sull'erba e di godersi il fresco della montagna in questo caldo luglio. Lo chalet è molto accogliente, dotato di ogni comfort e adatto ad ospitare 4 persone. Abbiamo anche provato la pizzeria del villaggio, e devo dire che siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti del rapporto qualità prezzo. Accoglienza della reception molto positiva. Esperienza certamente consigliata.

Rapport qualite prix

Rapport qualite prix tres bon. Le seul bémol etait le restaurant et petit dejeuner fermé. Mais avec conseil du personnel nous sommes allées dans un tres bon petit restaurant a 5 minutes en voiture.
