「We chose this property because of its excellent location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, as well as the advertised air conditioning and two bathrooms. The apartment was nicely decorated, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was good. However, the air conditioning is only in the living room, so the bedroom stayed quite warm despite the portable fans. We also encountered cockroaches during our stay, which we reported to the host. 「We were not send the code to enter the property. Check in is not 24 hours as we were unable to get hold of the property owners. The city tax payment was still taken by the owners even though we didn’t stay in the property and had to pay city taxis at an alternative hotel we found. 」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours...

「Accommodation to be avoided at all costs. The entrance is in a dreadful state, and as the flat is on the ground floor, you’re forced to keep the double curtains drawn. Everything is either broken, non-functional, chipped, cracked, scratched, or in a sorry state. The bathroom has numerous mould stains and the bed is far from comfortable. Furthermore, although we had booked for a couple, the sofa bed in the living room was set up as a bed (impossible to convert back to a sofa), so we had no choice...
