On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. "The apartment is in an older building. But once inside it is very comfortable. The bathrooms and toilets are amazing. Two out of the three rooms are great. Well insulated from any noise. The bedroom which shares the common wall with the next apartment has very thin walls so you can hear a lot from next door. Bedding was comfortable though a couple of pillows were a bit lumpy.
