Accueil téléphonique à fuir

Prenant par téléphone à 15 mns d'arriver un renseignement sur les possibilités de parking, la personne en charge de la réception me dit ne pas avoir ma réservation, pourtant confirmée la veille. L'hôtel a probablement oublié de vérifier sur la plateforme de réservation. Accueil téléphonique inacceptable, personne péremptoire et sans aucune écoute et compassion suite à son erreur et m'a juste laissé en plan à 19.30 le dernier weekend de janvier sans autre forme de procès. Hotel.com contacté a regretté l'attitude de l'Hôtelier. Je ne connais donc pas l'établissement et me suis promis de ne pas y mettre les pieds.

Very nice

Just used the room, didn't eat but lovely old room but modernised. Warm, wifi fine etc. Lovely smell from the bakery next door as you come down the stairs.

Un petit séjour très agréable pour découvrir Uzès

Accueil sympathique dans cette jolie chambre d'hôtes très bien située. Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes. La chambre parentale est très confortable : jolie commode et fauteuil à l'ancienne, literie confortable et de qualité (très grand lit !!). La salle de bains et le WC sont refaits à neuf et avec goût. Il y a cependant un velux sans volet dans la pièce d'entrée, où ont dormi nos ados.

Einzigartig war die Lage in der Altstadt in einem alten Gebäude , auch die Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten war gut. Nicht gefallen: kein Parkplatz und keine Ausstiegsmöglichkeit in der Nähe, somit ein- und auspacken aus dem Auto sehr schwierig. Auch die Frühstückzeiten sehr ungünstig. Wir müssten ohne Frühstück abreisen.

Chambre agréable, bien située

Un seul bémol pour ce séjour pour les indications notées sur votre site. Il serait plus simple d'indiquer que les clés sont à retirer à l’hôtel en face plutôt que d'indiquer un numéro de portable qui est uniquement sur répondeur et d'indiquer le bon numéro de la rue qui est le 6. Sinon séjour très agréable, belle chambre bien située dans une rue piétonne. Stationnement un peu compliqué mais sinon accueil agréable à l'hôtel situé en face et qui gère les chambres d'hôtes.

Une adresse à retenir

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Uzès à pied. Service attentionné. Propreté irréprochable. Décoré avec goût et sobriété. Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits puis nous avons ajouté une nuits car les alentours regorgent de sites à visiter. Les restaurant propose des plats de qualité servis sur une agréable terrasse. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

L’endroit est agréable, très bien situé. La chambres jolie. Par contre impossible d’ouvrir La fenêtre , une ventilation infernale la nuit. Très bon petit déjeuner mais ils poussent plus plus à ce qu’on le prenne la, quitte à donner de mauvais conseil pour les jours de marche. Tenancier par très agréable

Superbe chambre spacieuse avec un coté enfants et un coté parents bien distincts. Chambre très au calme propre et bien equipée. Petit déjeuner super sympa et accueil sympathique le tout en plein centre d'Uzes idéal pour tout voir à pieds !!
