「On our first night of the stay, the sink was clogged and unusable, and the air conditioner was so weak. Also the toilet is completely different to the photo advertised from the website, looks like a scam. However the food for dinner and breakfast were really delicious. Overall just okay, that’s why it’s 2/5」

「Very convenient, friendly staff」

「Puike hotelservice; Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet」

「Goof」

「A beautiful and thoroughly relaxing hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The garden was a real bonus. Definitely want to stay here again.」

「A very basic hotel. Checked」

「It is near Utrecht Centre and Utrecht Centraal (30 minutes walk) but not too crowded with tourist! The staff are very friendly and kind! The bed is quite nice if you got used to it. It is not much of a complaint but reminds that: 1. The and service room I booked does not offer washing machines or drying machines which I need to check carefully (but the staff are very helpful on pointing nearby laundry shop) 2. My room is in 2nd floor but because it is an old building, it doesnt have an elevator....

「The location is wonderful and continent. Staff were all nice.」

「Very friendly staff and convenient location. 」

「big and clean」
