"Room was nice and the bed was comfy. There was a shower cap over the smoke detector when we got into our room, I’m guessing it was from the previous people who had that room and I did tell the front deck about it. Hopefully to tell house keeping to keep an eye out for odd things like that. But I loved how almost everything was within walking distance! Movie theater, restaurants, fun interactive activities, even the venue for our concert was within walking distance! You do have to pay $15 a night if you want to park on the lot but you do get access to underground parking or just in the normal parking lot. There’s free parking across the street. Felt like it was a safe location as well. "

"We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City and overall had a good experience. We had a super early flight coming in, so being able to check in early was a huge plus and definitely appreciated. The property itself is beautiful—very clean, well-kept, and just a really nice overall vibe. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and a standout feature of the hotel. The only downside for us was the no-drinking policy at the pool. That’s something we usually enjoy when traveling, so it just didn’t align with the kind of experience we typically look for. We also had to call for room service to come clean our room after being out for most of the day, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, the hotel is truly stunning, and the stay was solid overall."
