"酒店職員友善，房間整潔乾淨。雖然酒店較為古典，但房間設有露台，正向著湖景，風景優美，十分舒適。 由琉森火車站轉乘巴士，在Casino-palace站下車，大概8分鐘車程。但落車後步行到酒店大堂，要先經過長斜路和樓梯，如攜帶大型或多件行李的旅客，就要做好心理準備。"
