酒店職員友善，房間整潔乾淨。雖然酒店較為古典，但房間設有露台，正向著湖景，風景優美，十分舒適。 由琉森火車站轉乘巴士，在Casino-palace站下車，大概8分鐘車程。但落車後步行到酒店大堂，要先經過長斜路和樓梯，如攜帶大型或多件行李的旅客，就要做好心理準備。

From the very first step into the hotel, I felt genuinely welcomed. Baji at the reception was absolutely wonderful — warm, professional, and truly attentive. His hospitality immediately made me feel at home and set the tone for the entire stay. I would also like to thank the gentleman from Iraq at the reception (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name). He was equally kind, helpful, and welcoming — a true example of excellent service.The location of the hotel is simply perfect. It is within easy walking distance of Lucerne’s main attractions, yet at the same time it offers privacy and a peaceful atmosphere where you can truly relax and unwind. This balance is rare and very special. This hotel made a huge impact on me. It was my first visit to Switzerland, and honestly, this stay is one of the main reasons I fell in love with Lucerne. Everything — from the people to the location and the overall atmosphere — was exceptional. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucerne. Thank you for such a memorable experience.

Our family loved Hotel Royal Luzern. The staff was the best part for our group, and we would recommend them for any future opportunities/promotions. The rooms are a bit older, but we didn't mind. The location was great and we would certainly stay here again.

I’ll start by saying the staff were all friendly and helpful, very likeable people. The room we had was on the 4th floor on a corner facing the lake so having a panoramic view was pretty amazing and the small balcony to sit on was quite pleasant. The views of the lake and mountains were a delight. The bathroom was updated and well thought out. The main part of the room was roomy but dated and had some design issues that need rethinking. The bed is a split king meaning two twins shoved together but keeping them together was a challenge. Near the bed is an old style radiant heater that is large and takes up quite a bit of space and a mini fridge was placed in front of it which made no sense. The fridge would have fit better under the desk in the far corner but for some reason there was zero electrical plugins where that desk was so that would have been a problem there too. The coffee maker was place on that desk but needed to be moved somewhere to use due to the lack of an outlet for it at that desk. A large armoire took up an entire wall which was needed due to there being no closet and another table with sitting chair took up the remaining space. Overall a disfunctional room design and it lacked charm and the updating that was done for the bathroom. I recommend a remodeling of that room. We did the breakfast once and honestly while the food was decent, it was was not included with the room and was quite expensive. Convenient but not a good value for a basic selection.

Overall it was fine. Evening staff was just okay the nights we were there. No breakfast included, and it was close to 30 euros per person if we did, which seems high. A little difficult to walk to as it's uphill and several steps. But overall it was fine.

Expensive for a place, the booking advertise for lake view price , but in the hotel the charge extra 30 CHF for what was booked , the room has no AC , but poor small fan, no safety lock box not enough to make room temperature acceptable to avoid sweating, no small refrigerator in room unless you request and will take time to bring one. The room has only 2 electric power outlet source not enough to connect a coffee maker (to see if it’s working or not) and connect the refrigerator and connect the fan or to connect to plug transformers for 2 cells phone chargers . So the customer service brought several extension cord and coord were running in the floor and the client has to move carefully in the room to avoid cord a tangling around his feet!!! . The place is unique in not having the basic equipments of a regular third class hotel,the provide with 2 separate keys with no way to attach to your pocket and easy to loose and Charge you extra money for lost key . It was a very bad disappointing experience that created a lost of discomfort and distress to me and my wife. The only acceptable service was the breakfast
