We should have been informed, or this should have been advertised. Instead we found out during check-in after a 2.5 hour drive. "

"The lady who checked us in was amazing!! The room was super clean and comfortable! After a long drive we were able to walk a short distance to eat and stretch our legs shopping. This was the perfect place to stay! The only problem was upon checking out in the morning. The “gentleman” at the front desk was very rude. I know it was early (6 am) but was uncalled for. "

"Pool was not available. When booking you should provide information on the website of any "maintenance closures" so that prior arrangements can be made. Specially during spring break when families are traveling for a fun weekend getaway. Even though your sister property was available for use, I did not want to leave the hotel to go swimming. It's an inconvenience. Also, you all did not provide a refund or credit for amenities being that your pool was not in service. Your elevators, only one was working and the wait times were long. The planning was not accordingly due to all the people that booked that weekend we were there. Your property was not prepared! "
