"The family room was lovely and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. A couple of niggles in that the blind was broken in the bathroom and the rubbish bins were a bit on the small side. Staff were really lovely and nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was delicious and we had 1 meal there which was great. Lovely setting next to the river. Would highly recommend"

"The rooms look very tired, needing some attention. The breakfast was average and there was a long wait for it to be prepared. It seems they were understaffed on the day. The shower was nice though.. and the small fridge and AirCon were great in a hot summer day!"

"The hotel has basic furniture, no wardrobes or drawers for putting personal items out of view. The wash basin sink took ages to empty. The kettle had no filter so would take longer to switch off. Breakfast food was always slightly overcooked, especially bacon and sausages. Apart from these niggles it was clean, comfortable bed (very large) changed regularly. The staff very friendly and helpful. Be aware, it only accepts card payments, No cash. Nearby there is an Asda express, a mcdonlds and a...

"Perfect location if you are wanting to explore Canterbury. Close to the Canterbury West Station and right in the middle of the historical and walled part of Canterbury."

"Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was small but ok , lovely big bed. Couple of things needed repair, suitcase stand broken, bathroom fan not working, toilet seat needed repairing. Happy hour on evening great. Breakfast very good both continental and cooked. "
