「The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received at any hotel. We were kept up until 2 AM by people partying loudly outside of our window and smoking marijuana. The night staff basically laughed at us. The front desk in the morning was equally unhelpful. 」

「rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The Inn is located at a town center however we arrived late (8pm) and there is no restaurant at the actual Inn. There are only 3 dining places in the town center -1 was closed, 1 is fancy, the other is a beer hall- so there are very limited food options in the immediate area. All stores close around 6pm. The breakfast place next door is excellent, we enjoyed our meal the next morning. 」

「Breakfast not available for our early flight at 6am. Bed were uncomfortable and the metal frames creaked every time you moved. Could also here the creaks from neighboring rooms」

「My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. 」

「Get your key system fixed. We were locked out of our room the morning of check out. This is the second time this has happened in our last two stays. The door key had to be reset both times. This is just unbelievable now of days with the advancement in technology. 」

「The cottage was clean, staff was so friendly, our stay was quiet and peaceful… it was perfect! Definitely planning to stay there again!」

「Overall very nice, only three significant issues… 1) Road noise on pool and patio is tremendous and distracting. 2) The hotel closes the pool and jacuzzi at dark, which combined with the road noise kind of makes those facilities of limited value. 3) The hotel has nice fire pits, but the big lights over pits kind of spoil the mood. In summary, the property made a big investment in the pool area, and although there is probably little they can do about the road noise, with some tweeting of policies...
