「Very nice hotel. Staff very helpful. I stayed in the old wing and the renovation is perfect. Clean and with a touch of the old British style. We had dinner at the restaurant and everything tasted nice except it is a bit salty for us.」

「Very central location. Nice townhouse with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, designer bathroom and livingroom with sofa etc. A real gem in Bath and would definetely stay again. 」

「Lovely house with plenty of space, very clean and well organised.」

There is a lift but there are about 10 -11 steps up and down before I could move my luggage into the room. There are 4 steps of staircase before I could use the bathroom. I had an accident on my first night stay 21 May 2026 2:40 a.m., I sprained my right ankle. I could not manage to go to the hospital with only one leg. I was so grateful the staff on duty on 21 May, came and helped...
