「The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. 」

「The staff were very welcoming and seemed yo appreciate my efforts to communicate in very limited French. Managed to be understood. Great location - very close to Giverny. Plenty of food options ... in house dining and many restaurants in neighbouring Vernon 」

「Cela fait la 3ème fois que je vais dans cet hôtel du Havre face à la gare. Etablissement très agréable avec de belles prestations (très bonne literie, possibilité de caster ses émissions sur la TV), ... Le personnel est aux petits soins et particulièrement prévenant. 「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」
