「Nice hotel, great rooms. Staff were incredibly helpful. The lady on reception who helped us post back some keys to a campsite we had to leave, can’t thank her enough. 」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「The location was perfect for us. Our room wasn’t overly spacious but was well kept and comfortable. Beautiful view of the cathedral from our balcony. The church bells on Sunday morning were amazing! Parking is available under the hotel. Accessing the parking was an interesting adventure as we navigated through what are typically pedestrian walkways with automated bollards. We managed to catch an incredible light show one evening on the exterior of the cathedral. We definitely would stay here...

「Very spacious, modern, clean, as pictured. We appreciated the make your own breakfast station including easy ability to fry our own eggs. Convenient to docks for cruise travelers, short Uber ride. Key didn’t open for gym but staff likely could have assisted.」
