「The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. 「Surprisingly the room is spacious! The staffs are the heart of this hotel! Always smiling, courteous, attentive and helpful! Shout to this kuya who assisted us and my elderly mom since we arrived. I just forgot his name! The breakfast is great! Was surprised that there were additional selection like soup, waffles and fruits aside from the cooked food! The toilet only need some love and updating! Overall can be recommended as it can accomodate 4 people in a spacious room with free breakfast!...

「The only complaint I have, and it was my fault that I did not notice. I asked for a room for 3 adults and ot a room with 2 single beds, my fault for not questioning. The resort added a cot to remidey remedy the situation.」
