The hotel looks exactly like what you see in the ads, it’s clean, and the food is genuinely good. But what stood out the most was the staff. Only feedback - hard to communicate with the hotel - sent emails to them since December 7, 2025 re: requests concerning reservation and no reply were received from them. Needed to call them to communicate. "
