「Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.」

「I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)」

「Ich war beruflich unterwegs und habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Das moderne, stilvolle Ambiente hat mich sofort begeistert. Ästhetisch, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dennoch angenehm zurückhaltend. Alles war makellos sauber, durchdacht gestaltet und strahlte eine besondere Ruhe aus. 「Very good location,all kinds of shops, department stores, restaurants are within walking distance, public transportations are also very nearby. 「Super schönes, liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel. Besonders haben mir die maritimen Details, die überall verteilt sind, gefallen. Sehr geräumiges und schon eingerichtetes Zimmer. Beim Frühstück wurde man bedient und es wurde sogar Rührei frisch zubereitet. Sehr zu empfehlen. Für Menschen die es ruhig mögen: Es gibt Zimmer direkt über dem Pub, die nachts etwas laut sind, allerdings für mich persönlich kein Problem. 」
