「The staff was very nice & helpful 」

「I don know how this place has a 7/10 our stay was alright the bed was good and we were able to cook meals. But there was the most horrific smell coming from the bathroom, I asked if they could fix it and they said they would. But other than that I didn’t hear anything from them and the smell continued to exist. It was so bad. Like I can’t explain how bad it smelled. 「The apartments are well located (a few stations by U5 from HBhf). Ours was ample, with nice parket floors, new bathroom installation, good light and ventilation. Usable kitchen. The only issue was that it was very dusty. A more thorough removal of dust in the floor and corners prior to arrivals would be much better. We tried to use the vacuum cleaner but it was also full of dust.」
