"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"Cannot fault this hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully styled and so clean. Complimentary wine in the room was chilled waiting for us. Just lovely. Right in the heart of Vienna. Perfect location. We didn't do breakfast but looked amazing. Will do next time! Amazing hotel. Can't recommend it highly enough. Brilliant. Thank you to all the staff."

"This is a very nice hotel that is well located within a short walking distance of most tourist attractions. There are many restaurants nearby including some that are less expensive. Transportation options are right outside the door. There is a restaurant inside the hotel that serves good food. Staff is superb."

"I love this hotel. You can tell the owners love it too. There is a family tree on the wall in the lobby that shows the 4 generations of the family that owns it so it’s a family business. The hotel is beautiful. I was able to get a small room for one with just one small bed. The bathroom is quite tiny so maybe not appropriate for a larger person. Its location is great with just a short walk to most of the main tourist places. There was a small fridge in the room with items you could purchase. Hotel staff was superb."

"The room I had was a tad small though had a good view. The staff was mixed, though for the most part I was aware who was friendly and who was not. The bar was great with plenty of options. I did not have breakfast, though the menu look perfect for my liking. This hotel is located in a great neighborhood with Museum Quarter located steps away. Plenty of restaurant options, shopping and transportation all within steps of hotel. I would definitely return and stay here again. I will say the folks I dealth with on arrival were kind and very helpful. Also on my departure, the staff at the desk early, early in the morning, we very kind. The gym was great and like that it was quite clean for being a hotel gym, waters stocked and fruit available."
