「Good value to stay 」

「Good location」

「Room condition ok, comfortable, but housekeeping did not do a good job, never wash the used glasses. 」

「Comfortable, clean and modern hotel recently refurbished. We had a spacious bedroom and washroom with all the amenities. The location was great for us as it was close to public transportation, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. The hotel is still making some upgrades. Consequently, let them know beforehand if you need help with your luggage as they only have stairs right now leading from outdoors. We'd stay there again!」

「The front desk manager was very professional and handled issues sincerely. The breakfast staff (especially Lisa) provided excellent and attentive service.」

「The host has suddenly asked for additional charges before arrival. When arrivals , 20 mins have to wait for the host to come. Hot water is not enough for 2 people bathing. Only good thing is that we can check out late at 1330.」

「Clean room, simply facility, location very convenient 」

「The front desk staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. I arrived early in the morning, and they kindly helped arrange an early check-in. They also provided a plug adapter for me to borrow when I realized I didn’t have one. The hotel itself is housed in a historic building, yet all the interior facilities are well-equipped, very clean, and comfortable to stay in. As for the location, the hotel is in Vienna’s Inner City, directly across from the famous Café...
