「Great place to stay. Very clean and spacious rooms. The entire staff was so kind and friendly. The rooms are very nice and breakfast had a good variety. Our only wish was a better workout space as there were only one set of 30lb weights. Overall, this was a great hotel experience with one of the cleanest hotel pools I have ever been too. Loved our stay here.」

「Liked the staff the room was comfortable, but the room needed a bit more cleaning. Also, the shower was at best. OK the people at the bar i.e. bartender for the two nights that we stayed or three nights was very good different people each time so that’s a spectrum of positive people the breakfast not so much it’s dingy. It’s not very much of a selection. Consequently would likely not rate that very high, but it was serviceable and edible.」

The outside of the building was old, outdated, in need of repairs, and did not match the listing on Expedia. 「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」

「This is our #1 go to hotel when we travel to Bismarck. The location is great, they are pet friendly, they offer breakfast with multiple options and everything is well maintained and clean. We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.」

「The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving.」

Also, we asked for clean wash cloths and hand towels, and to empty the trash can. The dirty towels were on the floor next to the trash can, but were not picked up.
