「I was racially discriminated against at the Candlewood Suites Bismarck so I had to find another hotel. The staff at this hotel was very welcoming and made a bad day better. Hotel is older but was very nice.」

「The staff was very rude, the room was torn apart in places, I'm assuming it was paint splatter on the walls in the bathroom, although the color of splatter was nowhere in the room or the hotel that I ever saw, cracked tiles in the bathroom.」

「The first room was so hot we couldn’t stand it. No maintenance around. Moved to another room. Smelled like a dogs bed. Lifted up the fitted sheet and it was full of dog or cat hair. The phone didn’t work so had to run down to the receptionist each time to talk to them. They brought new sheets but not the right size and no new mattress pad. Had to walk back to reception desk to ask for right size. Had to just put sheets on bed as they no other mattress pads there. Be hard to go back there again....

We were given a room that had not been cleaned; however, the front desk lady was quick to give us another room that was clean. Breakfast was short on food.」
