「Clean rooms. My room didn't have a fridge but the hotel has a lot of amenities. It is located downtown Bismarck and is walking distance from a few great locations including the Bismarck Events Center.」

「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」

「Pool was super clean; chilly but clean. The room was nice other than the shower which needs a new shower head and the tub didn't drain. Small maintenance items which were not a big deal. Staff was readily available and courteous. Will stay again. 」

「Everything was fantastic, other than on the last morning before check out we were woken up by a cleaning lady who was yelling about someone named Alex changing schedules on the phone and she seemed kinda upset. Other than that the sat was amazing, pool, breakfast, and so close to restaurants it was an easy choice for who to stay with, the Hampton inn」

「The breakfast was great. Nice variety. I didn't like that the website stated breakfast started at 6 am and when the staff came out at 6 am, I was told the time was changed to 7 am. It wasn't listed anywhere so I was disappointed the staff just changed the time without announcing it anywhere. 」

「We stayed 9 days at Fairfield Inn & Suites and the staff especially the Manager and front desk people were all so accommodating and friendly. The 24 hr. availability of free coffee and water in the fireplace room was so appreciated. after being there a few days we felt kind of like we were at home. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you will be in town for a number of days. 」
