The hotel is too old and the cost compare to service is very expensive. The local bath in 5th floor is too dirty and old. Never stay again and never recommend to anybody.

We booked the Fuji View Room — great location! It’s only a 10-minute bus ride to the visitor shuttle bus station. The onsen was wonderful. After 3–4 days of sightseeing in Japan, my feet were pretty sore, and the onsen helped a lot.

I really appreciate the shuttle bus driver and the lady that greeted us at the front of the hotel. Once we got to Kwawguichiko Station, we are exhausted and overwhelmed but as soon as we headed to the shuttle bus our driver took our suitcase and we felt safe and taken care of.
