Very disappointing experience!

My family and I stayed for three nights and had a disappointing experience. The most important issue was that the A/C was not working properly. We visited in July so the temperature outside exceeded 30 degrees Celcius. Therefore, it was very concerning for us to find out that the temperature in our room was 28 degrees Celcius when we went to sleep. Moreover, I woke up in the middle of the night because the A/C was so noisy that I thought there was a thunderstorm outside. Next morning I contacted the reception and they said that they would reduce the temperature and that the room would be cooler when we returned from the pool in the afternoon. That was, however, not the case. I was in the contact with the reception on several occasions that afternoon/evening and in the end, at 23:15, they offered us to switch rooms. At that time our kids were sleeping so we agreed to switch the following day (our final night). We were told that we got the coolest suite in the hotel but at night the temperature in the sleeping room was 26 degrees Celcius and very humid - so we had another hot night. When I stay at a so-called high-end 4-star resort then the A/C MUST work flawlessly and the 10% price reduction we received cannot make up for the disappointment. In addition to the A/C issues we had all sorts of other bad experiences such as a dirty pool and the fact that we were refused access to the aqua park facilities even though that was emphasized as free in the hotel description.

War ein sehr schöner Urlaub;) einfach die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, besonders die Zimmer ;( Wir hatten bei der Ankunft ein Zimmer wi und nicht gefallen hat aus besagten Gründen, wir haben am nächsten Tag ein anderes bekommen das war ok … Essen und Service wirklich sehr gut auch für Kinder …. Die leckeren Pizzas waren immer ein Genuss ;)))

Hotellet er markedsført som firestjerners hotell med utendørs og innendørs svømmebasseng, treningsrom og air condition. Realiteten er dessverre noe annet og hotellet hadde hatt godt av en oppussing. For det første så er air condition-anlegget sentralstyrt, så du må ta til takke med den temperaturen hotellet bestemmer for alle rommene. I vært tilfelle var det 25 grader på rommet de første nettene også kom det seg ned til 24 grader de siste nettene. Hotellet ville ikke gjøre noe med dette. Treningsrommet var altfor varmt og mye av utstyret virket ikke slik det skulle. Vektbelastning kunne for eksempel ikke justeres siden det var boltet fast. Innenførsbassenget hadde de valgt å stenge siden få brukte det. Kjøleskapet på rommet virket ikke, og de mente vi ikke trengte det siden vi også hadde booket et annet rom til barna der det fungerte. Rommet var generelt veldig slitent. Maten på hotellet var bra for barna, men det var ikke noe vi voksne så frem til. Du kunne heller ikke ta med deg noe (vann/frukt etc.) til rommet. Vannet i utebassenget var så kaldt at man knapt kunne bade der, selv om det var over 30 grader ute. I havet like ved var det mye varmere, så hvordan de fikk til dette vet jeg ikke. Hotellet anbefales på ingen måte og jeg forventer en mye høyere standard når en betaler nesten 6000 kroner per natt (for to små rom).
