Got in late, hotel staff was very nice. Nothing really around. The outside was not open like the picture. Bed was just all right. Clean room but was very reasonably priced.

Best Western Plus Indianapolis NW Hotel
The hotel is nice but this is my second time staying here and every time I come they always say the same thing that the pool area is under maintenance, its been 2 years in a row. When will it ever be fixed.

Room was clean. We ran out of toilet paper after 12 hours, and no one was available to bring any to the room unfortunately. There was also only one bath towel for showering. Kitchen and fridge were fantastic, and would be so nice for a family staying more than one night. The pool was well kept but ...
