Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis North
Front desk staff rude and can’t be bothered with questions you have. Room that was booked wasn’t available. Had to wait for another to be cleaned. I had drove 7 hours to be told you can’t checkin. . Didn’t get a room til 4:30 which put me behind getting to the hospital to see my brother.

I reserved a room about 2 weeks in advance and when we got to the hotel we were charged a fee for early check in which I didnt know was an issue with it only being an hour or so early. Then found out we are on the 4th floor and the elevator did not work and had to utilize the stairs which were filled ...

The property was clean and well run. Was pleasantly surprised with our room. It was a good value for a 2 night stay. Only downfall was there was only one way into the lobby and you may not be able to park close to the door.
