I was pleasantly surprised. There is a lot of attention to detail. The staff were polite and helpful and every request was met with a yes. Breakfast was really good as was the dinner. Very reasonably priced. When I come back to Bali, I will definitely consider this resort first!

Amazing!

It was an amazing stay! The hotel was absolutely perfect but the people were even better. Yande, Tutu, Gede and our driver Kodi were incredible, so attentive, sweet and kind. I recommend anyone to stay there!

Superb stay at the Adiwana. Nice rooms, food and staff is fantastic! Best was the cooking class held by Mudita at Ely's kitxhen. It was fun, interesting and Mudita is a excellent chef and teacher.

Very friendly staff, very responsive. The hotel is nice and cozy, it is a great place for people to relax. Amazing view from the infinity pool. The hotel is a bit far away from anything else, which is the only negative thing.

The staff were all fantastic from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. Everyone from the front desk reception to the restaurant staff were very helpful, always going above and beyond - the floating breakfast was also really nice. They were also very responsive to answer all our questions and inquiries and provided many recommendations for activities to do. The restaurant was very good, providing a variety of options. I really, an awesome place to stay.

I had such an incredible experience at this hotel! It's super safe, quiet, and conveniently located near everything. Oh, and the restaurant there? Absolutely amazing! I don’t think I could’ve chose a better place to stay in Ubud.. The property is spotless and well maintained. The suites were beautiful and spacious, and the food was delicious! The hospitality at this location is impeccable! No request is too big or small and they offer a free photo shoot session with 1 free photo and a free shuttle to town and back (access to the restaurants and shopping). Trust me and book this place!

Everything was amazing, the staff, accommodation and the food. I must admit that Adiwanas staff were the absolute highlight. Sadly I didn't get everyone's name but the young ladies at the front desk were excellent. Vopi from the restaurant was one name I do remember and she was perfection. Adiwana Unagi is an absolutely brilliant place to stay. The customer service was excellent from the start at check-in, right through to the very end. Each and every staff member was always happy to help and greeted us with such positive energy. The room was clean and spacious and we had our own private pool which was lovely. The main outdoor pool was great too with jungle views. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, with good vegetarian options. We also liked the free shuttle bus to and from Ubud centre and the daily treats left in our room. Overall it was an amazing experience and we highly recommend this place.

We LOVED the all day breakfast - no need to rush or wake up early if you're not a morning person. The nasi goreng was 10/10. All the service staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and hospitable and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. They provided first aid support for my friend who fell down on a hike, and waived the cost of laundry when our items weren't ready within 24 hours due to the weather. My only negative feedback was that the pool is tiny and we didn't get any time there because the other guests monopolised the deck chairs. Would absolutely return!

Very nice atmosphere They offer all day breakfast, so you can have your breakfast at night even you are in a rush in the morning. But maybe the weather is humid on the mountain so the bed keeps feeling of moist. TV in our room is always no signal. As they let you immerse in a very natural environment, if you are afraid of bugs, it may not be a good choice for you.

Excellent séjour, ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle. La suite était spacieuse et propre, la salle de bain donnant sur l'extérieur était atypique et nous avons fortement apprécié. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d'une bienveillance et politesse absolue, mais cela est révélateur de l'esprit général de Bali. Mention spéciale à April, qui fut à l'écoute au sein du restaurant lors des petits-déjeuners, succulents au passage (très copieux ^^). L'hôtel, dans son ensemble, est propre et moderne ; la piscine, comment dire, c'est juste Waouh !! Nous pouvions contempler la jungle sans lassitude, avec de nombreux écureuils qui carapatent dans les arbres :). Info pratique : une navette fait dans la journée plusieurs allers-retours gratuits permettant de rejoindre rapidement l'artère principale du centre-ville d'Ubud (archi bondé). Si nous devions apporter un axe d'amélioration, je dirai le nombre de transats autour de la piscine (très restreint mais dû à la petite surface prévue à cet effet). En bref, allez-y les yeux fermés, votre séjour sera inoubliable à Ubud.
