"One gets what one pays for. Property certainly shows its age. Staff members were nice. Coffee available in lobby 24 hrs but is cooking the entire time and taste shows it. No facial tissues even though bathroom vanity had space for a box. Inside security door lock broken. Security cameras were plentiful and added a sense of safety. No smoking on premises was a plus."

"Our stay overall would have been pleasant if not for the hateful staff member in the breakfast area between 8 and 9 a.m. I accidentally spilled some cereal trying to figure out the dispenser and she came at me like a charging bull, wanting to know why I had spilled the cereal. I apologized. She wouldn't acknowledge me; just rolled her eyes and left me standing there in shock at her rudeness. They couldn't pay me to stay there again. Her behavior was outrageous considering her very job is in hospitality."

"There were multiple stains in the room’s floor, mold in the corner of the bathtub, no soap or tissues in the bathroom (I was able to ask for soap and they gave me 2 bars) and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. While it didn’t smell like someone had directly smoked in the room, I could smell it in the room. I asked if the room beside mine (I was in 111) was a smoking room and was told yes. Must be coming in through the vents. Had to ask for WiFi and was given a code, and checkout was simply giving back the key. Nothing formal. Pretty unpleasant and disappointing stay, but I just needed a place to sleep for the night. Would definitely advise steering clear of The Crown Inn. "

"I have a video of a unidentified bug crawling on my bed. I shared with staff and attitude was as if he didn't give a damn! Breakfast was a joke. Definitely will not stay at this establishment again. Room 218 !! "

"Room was clean! Gym had weights, a strength machine, two treadmills, one elliptical, and one stationary bike which were in good condition. The pool was warm and clean. It was better than the photos! Staff was super kind from the very accommodating breakfast folks, wifi maintenance, and front desk folks!"
