Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast.」

「I stayed here for 4 days and my room smelled like mildew the entire time I was there. I also had no hot water my last 3 nights there. When I brought to the front desk they could not move and only offered to spray a deodorizer that helped for maybe an hour. I received no help or compensation from anyone. It was the worst stay at a hotel I have ever had.」

Also the hotel does not have enough Towels as well. I came back to my room one afternoon and found that the hand towels were missing. 「Arrived and checked in. Was given a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. Trash everywhere, beds pulled apart, dirty towels on the floor. Went back to the front desk and was given a new room. After a few hours I was in bed and my room door was opened and the employee came in my room. Did not knock just enter my room. I had to go to the front desk and ask why that happened. He said that I wasnt suppose to be in that room and I should have already checked out!! Then he proceeded to let me leave...
