「great hotel by the beach, very friendly staff」

「Breakfast was delicious everyday, Great staff service and so very helpful. Callum was extremely helpful to us and especially Me needing first aid from a street fall.we will definitely recommend the Clifton .」

「Booked the hotel awhile back 3 rooms 2 rooms were placed outside the hotel in prefabricated buildings while one was in the hotel felt a little out of the way with this should really tell you its the Annex and not hotel .」

「The hotel itself was excellent, as were the staff. The attached restaurant however, was atrocious. The service was practically non existent. We had tea and (very nice) cake there in the afternoon (eventually), and when we turned up for breakfast the next morning, our tea dishes were still on the table. At dinner time we sat for fifteen minutes before having to go and find someone to take our order. Frozen chips took a hour to arrive. In the morning, despite arriving 15mins after breakfast was...

「Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the Longship. We arrived after our concert to a closed pub. In the write up it states check in after 2pm with no end time, it also states to communicate with the property for late check in to arrange access no one responded. Please change the wording in the advert to explain better checking in only in pub hours.」
