「We cycled to the motel so were unable to bring our own food. The motel is a few miles from the nearest restaurant - too far to cycle for a meal out. The manager kindly offered to buy food for us which was there on our arrival. We grilled the sausages on the gas grill. There were tables and chairs next to the grill and undercover. We later sat around a fire. The wood was provided free of charge. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. 」

「We loved this hotel and will be returning. PROS: The room was very spacious, clean, well decorated, and modern. There was a fridge in the room. Wall mounted air conditioning control. Great breakfast (scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc). There is a nice gym and indooor pool. The hotel looked great. I could not believe this is rated only as a 2-star hotel - it should be at least a 3-star hotel. A short walk to restaurants. Reasonable pricing. CONS: none」

「This property is a treasure. We stumbled upon it as we were coming out of Maine late at night. It is a historic property with an antique elevator and metal keys for each room. The grounds are beautiful and the workers were hard at work to keep it up. There were signs of wear, but we were still impressed and expressed the desire to bring my mother-in-law who would definitely enjoy the historic aspect. The area around this property in NH is gorgeous. We will be back. I will say my 18 year old son...

「I had booked this place for our first ever family trip. We did the nostalgia night at Story Land (all Adults). We actually booked all the rooms in the Inn. let me just say The caretakers Kim and her husband are fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure all was right with our stay. when she found out we were having a cake for 2 birthdays she offered decorations that she had. she was great with information on where to eat, things to do and great hiking trails. she is definitely an asset...
