"My wife and I travelled from Michigan, USA and visited Istanbul and stayed at Seven Hills Hotel. From the beginning, it has been a wonderful experience with the hotel staff. They arranged Airport Transfer back and forth for a great fee and everything was perfect and on-time. Murat was our manager and he and his team were waiting for us and received us when we arrived at the hotel late at night (almost 1 am). We had the best checkin experience with Murat and Sina and they were so helpful. The checkin was a breeze and our room was on the third floor and it was exactly what we were looking for. Also, they offered us Turkish Apple Tea (yummy!) and we loved their hospitality. At that late hour, they took us to the terrace and we were able to get the most beautiful and spectacular view of the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia and the Bosphour. Murrat and Sina made us comfortable in a new city we never had been and they also arranged for a guide to take us to all the tourist spots next morning. Our guide Ece Duluk (AJ) was awesome, her English was perfect and she has indepth knowledge of the sites and their history and we had the best guided tour ever. Kadir, Ismail and Fatma were so wonderful and the checkout was quick. We plan to visit them again in Fall 2026 and stay at the same hotel and use Ece as our guide again. The best location, best food, best people and we strongly recommend to everyone staying in the hotel. Five Stars!!! "

"The staff—from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping—were all excellent and truly made the stay enjoyable. The location is also a big plus, as it’s very close to the main attractions and a cute town nearby. However, there isn’t much to do on the property beyond staying in your room. The pool was not heated and was too cold to use, and there seemed to be ongoing maintenance issues, including a leaking roof and workers frequently fixing things. Overall, the staff was the highlight of the experience. I highly receommend it."

"I had surgery and specifically requested a non smoking room prior to check in. Upon arriving to my room, it smelt like cigarette - so the front desk accommodated a room change. The second room also smelt heavily of smoke, and upon requesting for the third time a non-smoking room, I was told the best they can do is to “spray the carpet”. Due to complications second hand smoke can have on bleeding and other surgical risks, I couldn’t even stay my first night. I had to check out within a few hours and the hotel is refusing to provide a refund, even though it was for legitimate medical reasons. They are saying I “refused” a room change, however, it would’ve been my third time changing rooms. At that point is what made clear, no matter which room they put me in, it’s simply not a smoke free hotel, and a “non smoking room” was wrongfully advertised. I am now out $400 and they refuse to refund me. "

"Superb hotel. A large clean, completely soundproof room with comfortable (firm) beds. The fitness centre is well equipped with a squat rack and olympic bar and weights. The lobby, bar, restaurant are all nicely appointed and it has a lovely outdoor atrium. The buffet breakfast is great and it is about a 3 minute walk to the airport entrance. Easily worth 50% more than the €125 we paid."
