We had a wonderful stay at Seraglio Hotel & Suites. The hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet, and perfectly located for exploring Istanbul’s historic attractions. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to the chef at the rooftop breakfast restaurant. He was truly amazing, caring, and incredibly welcoming every morning. His kindness and warm personality made breakfast such a pleasant experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere on the rooftop was beautiful and relaxing. You can really see how much he cares about the guests and making everyone feel comfortable and happy. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

The staff at the hotel were amazing. They had a WhatsApp system where you could ask them anything, not just about your room or stay, even when you’re out of the hotel and need help. Nothing wax too much trouble for them. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard and all amenities were replenished every day. The breakfast was a continental breakfast with a chef at an egg station which was lovely and just what you need before a long day of sightseeing. The location of the hotel was perfect. 5-10 minute walk from most of the attractions and same for the trams. Lots of restaurants close to the hotel and lots of little supermarkets to top up on water and snacks too. Overall, highly recommended and we definitely would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again. Everything about our experience was enjoyable, from the comfortable accommodations to the welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Necip and Hayratin, who truly made our stay extra memorable. They were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism stood out, and they are without a doubt among the nicest and most recommendable staff we’ve encountered. We would also like to appreciate the rest of the team, who were equally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. It’s clear that the hotel takes pride in its service. Highly recommended, and we look forward to booking again in the future!
