"The bed was terrible. We requested use of free shuttle to airport. When we got to the front deask for the shuttle we were told there was no shuttle available and we would have to call a cab. Of course we had not previously scheduled the shuttle so we had to wait. Wirh all if this and TSA issues we barely made it to our gate."

"The staff was very friendly but they have several problems at this hotel the toilets kept flooding we would return back to the room and it’s flooded after being gone all day. The elevators kept breaking and one didn’t work at all. We saw someone’s window get snatched so be careful where you park at and don’t leave anything in your car "
