"Room was clean, everything was 10/10"

"Staff were extremely nice. Hotel was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. Traveling with my young grandkids, having to change rooms twice due hot water not working in the first , TVs not working, phone did not work. Toilet seat was dirty . Bed skirts and curtain full of dust. Then had to move to new room with no carts around at all. Moved to the second room hot water still did not work, maintenance came and informed us we have to run the sink water and shower at the same time to get hot water. We did this all 4 days of our stay . Toilet end up stopping up. Tub was so stained we put towels in the bottom of the tub to shower . As soon as we get in the room there is a spider on one of the beds . Only one elevator worked entire stay. Anytime we asked for towels we never got them until the next day . Heel extremely outdated and has old smell or odor . I am absolutely traumatized!! Any Embassy suite I have ever stayed it was beyond nice "

"100 non refundable deposit. Shampoo and conditioner in vending machine trial size 4 bucks each! No pool. No gym. No view. Not safe. No parking.np blow dryer No microwave. "

"Pros: Cheaper than most nearby Hotels. And next to gas station/ freeway. Cons: Room wasn’t available until about 3 hours after the suggested 3pm check in time. 2. Ants in restroom. 3. Does NOT have daily house keeping 4. A lot of questionable people walking around. 5. Dogs allowed in nearby rooms so their is noise. 6. Bathroom is not kept clean. Found random hairs on floor and bath towel. "

"Rented 2 rooms for 3 nights and our key card stopped working everyday. Our room was only cleaned 1 time. We booked for 8 people and only had 2 towels, wash clothes for each room"

"The room was a bit rundown. The pictures definitely do it more justice. I can deal with updated however the bathroom was indefinite need of some assistance. Also, the TV is a very confusing thing to use as it is a Wi-Fi TV, but does not work with Wi-Fi. Anyways, I asked for help multiple times and finally went down to the front desk and complained and asked for a room change to which I was told there were no available rooms and they finally sent someone up around 8 PM to fix it."

"I really appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Even though I didn't get a chance to try any of the amenities, I was glad to see it had a restaurant, a bar, and a convenient mini store."
