"Rooms are clean, unfortunately the bottom floor by the office roaches however I was immediately moved to an upper room just the smell alone. You could tell it was a clean room very clean! The staff was extremely good. Extremely nice and attentive. Pool is clean Jacuzzi clean unfortunately no breakfast but overall a good place to stay environment is safe not a lot of riffraff. I will be staying there again on the top floor. Thank you to red roof for this day and loving to have pets too treated my dog Callie with the utmost respect Beds are super comfortable. "

"Pros: nice breakfast with a lot of variety, friendly and helpful staff - gave us more towels as soon as we asked, clean room and exercise room. Convenient location in Tustin & SNA. Cons: next to a busy fwy & windows were not noise insulated - we needed to change rooms as a result; A/C in the room we moved to was really loud. We asked staff to send maintenance but unsure if that happened since nothing changed. Had to sleep w/earplugs (provided free at front desk) but not the most comfortable. Also needs new mattresses."

"I booked a 2 queen bed & 1 soda bed suite. The suite was nice inside. The queen beds were comfortable. However, the sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable. You can feel the metal frame that holds it. The shower faucet also had a minor leak. Be aware that the A/C (cold air) doesn’t really work well. I switched rooms thinking the next rooms A/C would be better but it was exactly the same. I addressed the front desk about the issue and she informed me the hotel is currently under construction….. the next issue was obviously the room was warm to mildly hot inside. Couldn’t really get a cool nights sleep. Waiting on the elevators was kinda daunting. I stayed on the 3rd floor. It would take almost 5-10 minutes waiting for one. At one point, my family and I just opted to take the stairs. The good things about this hotel is the free parking and the free delicious breakfast. It had a small but great variety of choices to choose from to eat. The pool isn’t that big. It goes up to 5 feet. Also it isn’t cold either. Water temp was rather warm. There is also is a jacuzzi. Overall it was a good stay but I felt it could’ve been much better as far as comfort of the room temp goes and the slow elevators."

"The bathroom, specifically the wall inside the door, was not clean. The shower took so long to warm up we almost gave up on even taking a shower. The beds are stiff as a board. Parking is cramped. Bathroom hardware looks self-repaired, as in missing drain stops or faucets sticking out several inches from the wall with messy plaster to cover the holes, extremely noisy exhaust fan, A/C that does not work very well, the mini fridge wasn't very cold. The only thing going for this property is it's low cost, very friendly / kind staff, and generally quiet atmosphere."
