"Odamız tertemizdi sanki ilk biz kullanmış gibiydik.mutfak kısmında çaydanlık yoktu işletme sahibi ile bu konuda iletişime geçtim ve bir kaç saat içerisinde temin edildi.beni rahatsız eden şey sadece balkon tarafında bulunan cam ve kapıda tül,perde vs bir şey bulunmamasiydi.mahrmiyetimiz açısından bu bizi rahatsız etti. Havlu panjur gibi şeyler ile idare ettik.seyehatimiz sorunsuz ve huzur içerisinde geçti."

"I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding—the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Combined with the fantastic overall conditions and relaxing atmosphere, it was the perfect experience. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed for two nights in June 2026 and had a great stay at the Ritz. It’s in a really convenient location - the major sights are just a short cab ride away, and there’s a ferry landing that’s a short walk away if you want to explore the Asian side of Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they helped us with dinner reservations, directions, booking tours, etc. Although I didn’t go, my husband enjoyed the Turkish bath/sauna at the spa/fitness center. Lastly, I’d recommend getting the Club Room access - we stopped by multiple times to refuel (snacks, breakfast, drinks, etc). The noise from the nearby stadium during a concert didn’t bother me, although traffic around the hotel was greatly impacted - that’s the only thing I’d keep in mind! Would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and cleaned well each day, my only negative for the room is that there are no usb ports, and plug sockets are limited, only one side of bed had one which was annoying when wanting to charge 2 phones at same time. Outside area is beautiful, never used the main pool but the whirl pool area and relax pool was amazing, would be better if all of this was used as an adults only rather than just the relax pool. The gardens are stunning and well cared for. We enjoyed our stay but would not return to this hotel the only reason for this was the amount of children, mostly toddlers, I don’t mind kids on holiday at all, but the buffet and pool area was always a huge festival of screaming crying kids, dining was very off putting due to this."

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! We had an issue with our rooms during check-in, but the manager Gökhan resolved everything the next day. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and how professionally the situation was handled. Once that was taken care of, we had a fantastic vacation. The resort is beautiful, with plenty of sports and activities to enjoy. The evening entertainment was fun, the food was good, and the à la carte restaurants were excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, we had a great time and would happily return. Thank you to the manager and the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable!"
