"Excellent service. Great location"

"The hotel was excellent the rooms were extremely well equipped and were up to standards. We were to be checked in at 2pm however when we got there past two we were told that the rooms were not ready and we had to wait a further two hours. The staff are very unfriendly and when they realise that you are a foreigner they try their best to avoid you however they will go beyond for people that speak their language or are their nationality. My daughter had an accident on the hotels stairs outside due to the rain making the steps slippery and not one staff member came out to check on her or help. The other hotels near by had carpets on their stairs to make sure no one slips but even after the accident no improvement was made. The hotel staff are very unfriendly and do not with to communicate with anyone who does not speak the national language and they are very rude. The rooms in general were amazing and our stay was very comfortable but the staff were very rude and our experience with the staff was very disappointing. "

"Food was very nice and worked for all ages and pallets. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Kids pool with slides was only open for a hour or two a day, many other facilities weren’t operating. The hotel itself is not as the pictures and name states. It’s a four star at best. "

"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. During check-in, there was no clear communication that items in the room—such as snacks and drinks in the fridge—were chargeable. This lack of transparency feels misleading, especially when these items are later billed at significantly inflated prices, reportedly up to five times their actual value, with additional hidden costs. The situation became even more stressful during checkout. Despite clearly informing the receptionist that I had a confirmed reservation, had already paid, and was running late for my flight, I was told I could not leave until all charges were settled. This nearly caused me to miss my flight. To avoid further charges, I returned everything I believed might be billable, including sachet coffee that appeared complimentary. It felt excessive and unreasonable, especially when even basic items were treated as chargeable. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to poor communication, lack of transparency on pricing, and inflexible customer service. I would strongly advise future guests to clarify all potential charges in advance to avoid similar issues."

"Beautiful hotel, excellent location"

"This was my second time staying at Titanic City Taksim, and it was just as wonderful as my first visit. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my time there. The breakfast was also a highlight. There was a great variety of fresh options, and it was a perfect way to start each day. One thing that’s especially important to me is cleanliness, and the room absolutely met my expectations. Everything felt well maintained and spotless, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The location is another major plus. It’s within walking distance in both directions to so many fun things to do, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. I would highly recommend Titanic City Taksim and would happily stay there again."
